How credits work
A credit is a unit of work, and it is worth at most R$5.00. A document draws three credits for its first page and rises with the size band – and the price appears the moment the file is uploaded.

The draw counts the file's total pages, not the pages Balysta ends up processing: it is the same count you see in your own PDF. Documents can currently be up to 120 pages.

If you run out mid-month
Nothing is processed without credits available. You buy more at R$5.00 per credit – up to 50% of your monthly allowance. They stay valid for 12 months, require an active plan, and your plan credits are always spent first.

Above that limit the way on is the next plan – not a higher price for the same work. Plan credits expire at the end of each period, on yearly billing too: there the charge is annual, but the balance is renewed month by month.

A volume estimate. Real usage depends on how long each document is – which is why size is a band and not a number. Seats are not part of it: check the user and viewer counts on the plans above.
Questions about pricing
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes, with no minimum term: a monthly plan ends with the month you cancel in. On yearly billing, at the end of the contracted period. Cancellation goes through our team by email today.
- Is my data safe?
- Your documents are not used to train third-party base models – we hold contractual guarantees with the providers that process your statements.
- What happens when I hit the limit?
- Nothing is processed without credits available, so there is no surprise bill. You buy up to 50% of your allowance at the same rate as your plan, and above that the way on is the next plan.
